Eaglemaster holds a type 7 Federal Firearms License (FFL). As outlined in the Gun Control Act of 1968, this license allows us to engage in the business pertaining to the manufacture of firearms or ammunition. This allows us to receive, process, and ship controlled items from manufacturers for our processing services.
Eaglemaster is registered by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). This set of United States government regulations control the export and import of defense-related articles and services on the United States Munitions List. This registration demonstrates that we fully comply with the Arms Export Control Act (AECA) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations. It also shows that we have corporate procedures and controls in place to ensure compliance.
